It's the greenhouse where they grow the artificial turf for the stadium

It's a wall ball room for lacrosse. Throwing the ball against the wall and catching it.

Um I know it's a shiny new facility but they don't need a room for that. I assume that the building in its entirety is made out of you know - walls. And you maybe could've built one part of it with no windows. Just a thought.
Maybe I'm not with it these days but I feel like wall ball is not something needed for college players. Coaches always told us to do it when we were young and learning but at some point in high school it becomes unnecessary.
