This is another example of how Coach Harbaugh is innovating and leading the way.

The summer camps.

The trips.

Donating millions to AD staff members.

The way they are handling NIL and transfers.

Giving opportunities to people who've never before been considered for those opportunities.

So I've been going back and watching Big Ten Football in 60 or whatever it's called.

Not only is she really engaged, there were multiple times early in the year where she's the first person (or 2nd, after Harbaugh) that JJ goes to when he comes off the field.

In the UConn game when 7 QBs completed a pass...JJ and Mimi are on the sideline going nuts while Cade, oddly enough, is way in the back chatting with Erick All.

I love it about it. Life is too short.

Sure, some of it is going to fail...some stuff I don't agree with. But you miss 100% of the shots you don't take and he shoots his shot.

I loved the satellite camps, the trips abroad, this, the flexibility on the uniform combinations, on and on.

Great piece. She is really impressive and has an extremely bright future. GO GET 'EM MIMI!  Glad to have you onboard!

Also - Jacobson is a severely underrated news personality and a great UM alum!

This is leaders and best.
How people can hate a coach who is doing things like this I don’t get.
I don’t really like the kapernick story ( no politics please) but I love that harbaugh sticks by him.
These are the traits that recruits he wants have.  Hard passionate players putting it on the line for the team even if others are against you.

Inspirational story, with much credit due to Mimi’s family and Coach Harbaugh, who is relentless in his search for ways to improve his team and his world.  We are blessed as a fan base to have him as a coach and a leader of his little slice of the University.
