don't bash me....
... but that video doesn't do much for me. This video of Bo's "team team team" speech ( http://oldhat.tv/vd/um_football ), for me, says so much more and would drive me to play with everything I've got. It's not about me, it's about us, the team....
With that said, I do like the "lay you in the grave" line. A lot.
