More like "The Sherrone Moore Award", especially after we win it again this year.

It's nice that Ohio State isn't on the list.

Who's on first? I don't know...Ryan Day. Or something like that.

That’s a solid list. Like last year I think this hinges on whether we beat OSU. Surprisingly enough Ole Miss might be the biggest competition from a stats perspective. Having watched all of these teams however, I feel confident that we have the smartest, most well organized, least mistake prone, and most physically dominant line out of all semifinalists.

Rushing Yards Per Game
- Air Force 334
- Ole Miss 260
- Michigan 251
- UCLA 240
- Oregon 240
- Tennessee 196
- Georgia 193
- Illinois 184
- USC 183
Sacks Allowed
- Oregon 2(!!!!!)
- Georgia 7
- Air Force 9
- Ole Miss 10
- Michigan 12
- UCLA 14
- Illinois 18
- USC 19
- Tennessee 22
Factoring in competition (sorry Air Force) and the fact that Michigan won it last year, I see the top 3 right now as:
- Ole Miss
- Oregon
- Michigan
Things can change quickly with results from The Game.
also, USC is a huge surprise. Their OLine has been awful the last few years. What a turnaround.

Seems like Air Force (because always) and Georgia are the main competition. The others appear in the list because of splashy big-play offenses. But if they need to take over a game and kill clock, I don't think they can do it. Ole' Miss can run the ball decently, but not to the point of owning their opponent like Michigan, UGA, and AF do. The others? Umm, no. Running the ball to kill clock? Not those guys...

So who is the real competition here? I'm guessing Georgia, Mississippi, Oregon, Tennessee, and UCLA but I don't watch enough of their games to have a good sense.

The real competition is the committee's desire to spread the wealth, and not award the same team two years in a row.

how can there be a question. i guess only georgia is in the same ballpark.
Hey, remember when Oregon lost 50-3.. i dont think their O line was effective. BYE
Hey, remember when illinois lost to msu? BYE
Air Force - we salute you, but volume <> quality. BYE
Mississippi - Couldnt protect with game on the line against bama. BYE
Pac 12 again? UCLA and USC? Cmon - your running qbs are constantly on the move.
Georgia - shutup.
We win.

Looks like Shaun Nua made the list as well for DL for USC. Great to see a former Michigan coach doing well.
