Michigan 2018 B1G East Division Champions t-shirts?
I noticed that Chuck Filiaga was wearing this on a recent episode of Inside Michigan Football.
Da fuq?
Michigan officially did win the B1G East Division last as a co-Champion according to the B1G, the record books and the press release when we beat Indiana last year. There definitely weren’t shirts sold in MDen though.

Harbaugh had those made for the team only. The back shows only their losses - IIRC
It was a reminder of their failures in the big game to motivate them.

Ok - I retract my initial sentiment because that is awesome.

If that's true, then I approve. Actually not a halfway bad idea.
But otherwise, I honestly couldn't imagine MDen selling official divisional champion shirts from last year. Anyone who would've bought one should be ashamed of themselves and throw it in the fireplace, douse it in gasoline, and light a match.
Hell, even if the league tried sending a divisional title trophy to Schembechler Hall, I would've sent it back.

We have a Big Ten trophy from 2000, even though we lost to both of the other two co-champs (Purdue and Northwestern), and no one seems bothered by it.
I wouldn't make a huge deal about last year but some of the self-flagellation is a bit much.

Really? That is awesome.
Hopefully the OSU score is plastered all over Ft. Schembechler too. And tattooed somewhere on Don Brown.

If that’s true, that does seem like a great motivator. Although I’m still not sure why anyone would wear that, if that’s indeed the message behind them.

I was thinking that OSU forfeited games over Chase Young....

If the Maryland QB could have just hit an open receiver on the 2-point try...

So. Freaking. True.
Chalk this up to another of the billion "what if's" involving Michigan-OSU in the recent past. Why do they all seam to go against us? Every close play.
> Devin Gardner's 2 point try for the win
> JT was short
> Maryland WR drops that wide open 5 yard pass
> I'm sure plenty more.

I am VERY surprised you didn't already know about this. I mean, even I remember reading about this on the board.

Admittedly, I had forgotten that M was a co-champ last year. Here's the evidence, which will never ever be mentioned by any analyst discussing Harbaugh's woeful lack of accomplishments in Ann Arbor:

It was actually this shirt that Dantonio wore to bed the other night, convincing him to come back to coach MSU next year.

Can't wait for the 3rd place East Division shirts this year.
