Duke winning puts me in the top 5 (as stated above), but I'm kinda hoping Butler wins. More than anything I just want to see good basketball.

Well Maizeyblue finishes 2nd place in this pool and a few $$ pools if Butler can pull it off. So for that I'll be cheering for Butler, but I also am hoping for a classic championship game because this tourney goes down as one of the most exciting in a while. Many close games thoughout the 3 weeks. Just to name some of my favorites... msu v. maryland Northern Iowa v. Kansas Villanova (yikes) and my favorite K-state vs. Xaiver

Butler hands down. I think them winning would be a big win for the NCAA Tournament and any pro-playoff proponent. It shows that any team can win it and that a championship is not limited to the schools who are big enough to power their way to one. I've always liked watching the small, mid-major underdog going the distance, and beating Duke for the title would be the icing on the cake.

Plegerize touched on the political ramifications a little bit, but I think NCAA politics might have more than a little to do with how the game is called tonight. Just as Duke has benefitted from friendly calls ever since they became "Dook," Butler may benefit from friendly calls tonight for the reasons Plegerize mentioned. After all, Izzo didn't get the same call against Butler that he has been getting the entire tournament; to me, that means that Butler ranks pretty high on the "mojo" meter. If any team or situation can defeat the virtual stranglehold that Duke has had on refs, especially when playing defense, for the last twenty years, it is Butler playing in Indy for the title. I thought Butler had no chance to even get to this game, but I was gloriously wrong. Hopefully, they have one more great game left in them.

I'm so tired of people blaming wins and losses on the refs. There were calls on both sides that were missed, and also some on both sides that were "phantom" fouls. Both teams played like shit down the stretch but Butler was able to hold on and make its free throws to seal the victory. The result had nothing to do with bad refeering or friendly calls.

Duke is going to win tonight. I had Kansas, KSU, Duke, and WVU in the Final Four. But I had WVU beating KSU in the finals, so my bracket is done.

I had Butler in the Final Four, and almost had them beating KU, but didnt. This year was crazy for me. I was first for this, the umhoops.com one, and my own one at school. Im pretty sure I still had the most correct picks with 45
