Men's Lax Team 1 @ UNC
Going down from DC for the Lax Team 1 game at UNC to close out the season on Saturday. Is the alumni association having an event in conjunction with the game?
I don't see anything on the Michigan Triangle Alumni Club website, anyone know of anything going on?

Will do, looking forward to seeing the winged helmet on the lacrosse field. Hoping there's a sizable Michigan contingent and that we don't get throttled.

I asked when the screened "Black & Blue" (the Willis Ward and Gerald Ford story) locally. They were gauging interest in a tailgate, but I have not seen any announcements. it is at Fetzer Field (the link for tickets is there too). Not sure where the nearst parking is.
Weather is supposed to be nice. My son and I are going, so there will be some M fans present anyway.
There were more UM fans than home team fans at both the Harvard and Rutgers games this year. I was at the RU game. Great tailgate atmosphere. Quite a few M flags flying in the lot. Attendance was about 2500, so a lot of M fans made it out. That's a great M alumni area though. Not sure how many alums even live around Chapel Hill. Hopefully a good group from Virginia and DC will drive down.
Twitter says the game will be live on ESPN 3 for those who can get that channel and can't get there.
