MBB Recruiting: Who was Beilein and staff showing around campus today?

Walking back from the SSW building today I caught Coach Beilein and staff showing an individual and his family around campus. My question: is anyone aware who this is? I didn't know we had anyone visiting campus today.

You can photograph and publish a photo of anyone who's in public or who can be seen from a public place even they're on private property without special invasive techniques such as a super telephoto lens seeing inside the house through a window when you wouldn't be able to see them with the naked eye from outside their property, as long as it's editorial in nature rather than commercial.

Getting paid to shoot or publish the shot doesn't make it commercial use. Commercial use would be using a photo or likeness in order to endorse, promote or advertise something or have it appear the person is doing so.

There are a number of false light cases indicating that even editorial photographs taken in public can be actionable. E.g. publishing a photo of someone walking in front of an adult book store or rehab clinic can give a false impression, even if they were publicly observable in front of those places. There may be other exceptions as well (not that they apply here).
