Meyer and Snow just CB'ed him to MSU with 7 confidence.
We really need a PG in this class. Collins or Whitt plus a grad transfer PG would be ideal. Then hopefully we have Dug McDaniel in 2022

Agreed about Collins over Whitt. More athletic and better shooter. Whitt is a better passer imo though

He has a very Michigan State-y vibe to his recruitment. Major bummer, because he's an excellent point guard prospect.
Looking forward to another 3-4 years of Winston-esque face palming - it's gona be great!

Despite playing with more talent, Cassius Winston was only 5-4 against Michigan.

And MSU made it past the first weekend of the NCAA tournament once during Winston’s career. Michigan made it past the first weekend every season the tournament was played during that same period of time.

Just to play Devil's Advocate as soon as that became his team he actually went 4-1. Spending two years feeding Miles Bridges didn't help him any.

I hinted at this in the Rocco/Kendall thread earlier today, but this one isn't going our way. It was a heart vs mind battle for a while and ultimately the heart won out.

MSU recruiting has really picked up. Whether Bates ever lands on campus or not, they still got him to commit. Their lowest rated recruit since Howard has been our coach is 74th. Something has lit a fire under them. Went back to around 2014 and their best class by far was 2016, the rest were average classes, until these latest classes.
