Thanks for the update Tom!

that's big time news for us. Jeremy Gallon needs to keep working on him.

too bad that MR is waivering. I bet MR either ends up going to USC or FL.
January 14th, 2009 at 9:18 PM ^
I probably should know this, but who is MR?
January 14th, 2009 at 9:25 PM ^
2010 S out of Florida

Considering both Tom and Ricardo Miller have said otherwise and that we shouldn't worry about Marvin Robinson...I'm not gonna worry.
January 14th, 2009 at 10:28 PM ^
what is the basis for that assumption? basically everyone has said that he is a michigan lean...
January 14th, 2009 at 9:26 PM ^
Robinson was never committed. So how could we waiver??
And great for Lo, he deserves it.
January 14th, 2009 at 10:25 PM ^
I was gonna ask the same thing.

Waver. A waiver is something you sign to assume liability. Or where you pick up free agents in fantasy football. It is a noun.
If we think MR is swaying in his commitment, he is wavering.

Did you see Seacrest try and high five the blind guy the other night?

what Floridian,Urban would throw the gauntlet down on. Seems it start with MR.
January 14th, 2009 at 11:15 PM ^
with Ricardo Miller, but from all accounts he's solid blue.

BTW, apparently tomorrow is Lo's birthday. Sounds like an awesome birthday present (and possible explanation as to why RR waited to offer?)

There is speculation around MR about him potentially being a silent commit and scaring away kids from 09.
Is it possible CB is filled because RR has knowledge that a certain DB from Jeremy Gallons school is about to committ?
January 15th, 2009 at 12:13 AM ^
No, I don't think they would stay away from recruiting corners from this year because they're getting some next year. They need help, and fast.
As far as Marvin, I don't think he's scaring kids away, because he hasn't told them he's a silent commit. From what I know, I'm still comfortable with where he's at, but the visits he's taking have made some ground with him. (no reason to freak out) I'm trying to find out more, but he's going to take his time anyways, so it's nothing to worry about right now.

2010 is a long way away - a comit from a junior who is not 100 sold like Ricardo Miller is not worth anything anyway.
I hope these guys commit, but if this year has taught me anything its that a commit means nothing if there is doubt behind it. Better to stay in the game with these guys then have them yo yo and decommit later.

Looks like people are starting to believe that Wood will commit early to Michigan. For a guy who shutdown Andre Dubose (5 star commit to Florida) this season, he looks like a great CB prospect.

who cares...wake me up feb 2010
uhm how many decommits have we had for this class since last year? exactly
