This video always gets me teary eyed. The real love between these two men. Juwan's need to bring Jalen into the celebration, yelling his name to the room, and saying "We did it. We did it." While holding up five fingers saying "Fab Five" with five fingers up, and both tear up. This was their championship they had been waiting 20 years to achieve.

Thanks for posting that. I am about ready to pull my hair out with all these posts, but I decided to watch this one. I found it genuinely heart-warming to see them celebrate together; you could see the love that they have for each other. Go Blue

What a moment.
It made me think of that incredibly tough 94 Elite Eight loss to the eventual champion Razorbacks.
The way I recall it, in the postgame interview, a reporter asked if they’d be back for their senior year. One of the two of them (I cannot recall who), responded morosely, with his head low, “I’ve not played my last game as a Michigan Wolverine.” But from the tone it was pretty clear that was wishful thinking, especially with the lottery beckoning for both young men.
I guess Juwan now has the chance to kind of make the statement true after all.
I met the Fab 5 at the big Rick one night walking down Hill St. We were all goofy freshmen — I was going to a freshman at MSU but hadn’t started school yet. My dad wanted me to go to the Duke game a few months later and I didn’t want to go because I thought they’d get crushed, but he convinced me. Hello world!
Amazing to think back to those days! Now Juwan is looking like he’s in the lead for Michigan’s BB HC! So cool!
