when a thread is just labeled with someone's name. I dread clicking on the link for fear that it says something bad like: Jelani Jenkins.........

He did not commit to PSU. That was an example. I also agree with Rush N Attack, but for different reasons. It isn't the dread of what I might find that bothers me when I see a thread with a title of simply a player's name.
What bothers me about it is that this board discusses Michigan athletics in such depth that if we all just titled our threads with a player's name, over the course of a year or two of recruiting a player, and up to 5 years of the player being at Michigan, we will likely discuss the player several times, and we would have several threads named "Morgan Trent". Just type in a little bit more than the player's name and we avoid that problem.
Jeffro, use the search function and you will see lots more discussion on this topic.
