Would he throw for the coaches while on his visit or do the coaches pretty much know what he looks like?

Nothing is going to be fast-moving in this process. He didn't have an offer before he arrived, and the Big Ten has to approve Michigan's waiver request to make him immediately eligible. So while he "commit," there are still some wheels that need to start turning.

Maybe this is a really stupid question, but do we know if  JH wants him? We are all assuming he does and for a lot of good, logical reasons (Experienced, good game manager vs unproven green QBs etc) but would or wouldn't we have had some interest shown by the Michigan side at this point or heard something (offers?), or the lack of information due to the issue with the NCAA? I was wondering since we're not sure how much of this visit was initiated by JH or by Jake. I guess if he was hanging out with some of the football players last night, they must have been expecting him.

Did the Big Ten have to approve Russell Wilson's graduate transfer a few years ago, or was it not part of the process since Wilson wasn't coming from another Big Ten school? If they DID have to approve, I can't see how that one would be a go but Rudock wouldn't be. especially with Iowa willing to release him.

In related QB transfer news, the current coach of Oregon's incoming transfer QB is a dick....

Vernon Adams' anticipated transfer from Eastern Washington to Oregon was going to yield some raw emotions. Not only is one of the most successful Football Championship Subdivision players leaving one program behind, but he's still a few months away from officially joining his new one.

That puts Adams and Eastern Washington in a sensitive spot. Yes, their time together is over, but it's not really over. They aren't fully separated until Adams graduates this spring, and the two sides will see each other once again in the 2015 season opener when the Ducks host the Eagles on Sept 5.

In the meantime, Eastern Washington coach Beau Baldwin is initiating the moving-on process by barring Adams from the team's workout facilities. From an interview with 700 ESPN in Spokane, Washington (h/t Kyle Bonagura, ESPN.com):
