Inside Michigan Football TV Broadcast Compression
I'm not great with understanding all the ins and outs of broadcast tv vs streaming. I'm not sure if "compression" is the right word here. But, do other people notice that highlights shown on Inside Michigan Football on WXYZ are really jittery? I believe this has something to do with the way it is encoded. Although, I wasn't sure television actually gets "encoded". Are they somehow rebroadcasting a show that's actually made for the internet or something?
Just wanted to make sure it's not my cable box or something. I don't really notice this on other channels or during watching the game live.

I've long felt that Inside Michigan Football seems really low-rent for what a Michigan recap show should be. It's never had the polish of the old Michigan Replay.

Seems like the production value went up a bit this season. I always watch on YouTube so can't speak to the OP's question.

Yes, I also noticed the stuttering on the highlights. Almost like a bad frame rate conversion.
