Home and away with toledo?

It makes me sad to see Nick moore and whoever else arrested the other night after the game.  how many more problems are we going to have with toledo sports this year?

Also, i think because of vicinity and lack of ever playing them before, a home and away with toledo for the next 4-6 years would be pretty cool. alot better than playing ND for the next 20 years, since you'd get to see a lot of talented kids from the area playing people they may know (koger is from whitmer).

any thoughts?

WE should start a tradition with all these small conference schools we play.  You come to our place and beat us and we schedule a game there when we have an opening.  If fact I think all large conference schools should do that.

Yeah, why would it be good to schedule a home and home with Toledo?  First, we don't play in MAC stadiums.  Second, how is Toledo more exciting than ND?  I know we just lost to them, but that does not make it an exciting rivalry.

Why not just leave the Big Ten and join the MAC? That way we could visit all of the area stadiums, and see all of the local players at EMU, Western, Central etc. If a home and home series with Toledo would be cool, this would be way, way cooler.

honestly, is michigan too concerned with money to play in mac stadiums?  we've beat michigan at home, PSU at home, #9 pitt here in the glass bowl.  it would be at least one pushover every year that requires virtually no travel.  and you would have an oportunity to better your series record with them

The reason we schedule OOC games against the MAC is for the $4M each home game generates.  Going on the road to a MAC school does nothing for us financially.  IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN!!
