Hockey futures - Cole Perfetti playing tonight

I finally made it back to Saginaw for a few days to visit my Mom, and my sister hooked us up with tix to the Spirits hockey game.  In a surprise twist, M hockey croots Cole Perfetti and Bode Wilde are on Saginaw ‘s roster.  Bode is scratched, but Cole is playing.  In fact, he has the Spirits only goal in a 1-1 game just starting the 3rd.  It was a tight circle to his left around two defenders, then floating past a third to score a sweet backhand. 

I can confidently report that this kid uses double sided tape, because the puck never leaves it!  He’s a good passer and is two steps ahead of everyone else on the ice. 

And it’s his 18th birthday tonight!  Happy birthday, Cole!!  It’s also my 8-yr old’s first hockey game, and he likes it!
