That's surprising, Brown has the talent when healthy to be a contributor in the NFL. The Combine may not help Graham--he's a first rounder based on production, but maybe a late second rounder on measurables.

There are over 325 players on the list. Clearly more players invited than will get drafted. I wonder historically how many players who don't get invited to the combine end up in the league. Because there will be 100 or so guys left after the draft who went to the combine that I imagine teams will look to first as free agents. Clearly there are pro days for guys like Stevie and Carlos Brown this year, Will Johnson last year, etc.

Don't underestimate the stupidity of some NFL GM's. I think they put way too much importance on the combine, so if BG has a really poor combine then maybe he slips back into the 2nd. There's zero reason to think that will actually happen though b/c BG is a workout freak who's much more likely to further increase his stock than slip.

Even with a bad combine, he's not slipping past New England. The last player from Michigan to have a bad combine, slipping in the draft, was Tom Brady. Yeah, I know, that wasn't really at all relevant, but I just love mentioning that fact. I was hoping he'd be the Lions second round pick, but after the senior bowl, I just don't see that happening, but I'm hopeful.
