Does anybody else think that maybe McGuffie might be done? Regardless if he is homesick, two concussions in your freshman year can't be good for your career, and I believe it only took one hit to get it vs. Ohio State.

mabe the concussions will be incentive for him to ask somone to teach him how to run like a person that doesnt wanna be decapitated. Wen he was returning the kick he was running completely upright. Right before it happened, my friend said "watch him get laid out" and wut do you know, he took a vicious hit. the kid has got speed, but he runs into dangerous situations and doesnt protect himself by running behind his pads.

If you're referring to the hit that McGuffie took again OSU, his running style had nothing to do with it. He got hit from the *side*. From both sides, in fact. Simultaneously. If he made any mistake there, it was probably underestimating the closing speed of the OSU special teamers. In the same situation in high school, he probably just pops right between the two defenders and is off to the races.

Would RR announce he expects McGuffie to be back if he isn't sure? It seems like he'd have to be pretty confident, otherwise it would look a bit stupid if he transfers. I'm thinking he's in the fold. The concussions worry me too, but the season's over. He took some wicked hits, no doubt about it. It seems like Sam had some terrible luck there, hopefully it was just one of those things.
