An earlier message from the Athletic Dept (PSC confirmation) had said that renewals would start March 16, so it seemed a waste of time to try yesterday. You must have been one of the first. Now, let's hope the season makes it worthwhile to invest in the seats. I wonder how much I have sent to the U for seats since my first season as an alum buyer in 1971. No, I will think about something else.
Mate ,
It is nice to see the Amish community sell enough baked goods to scratch together the cash for a couple of seats.
Dayuum
Thank you for posting. My stupid ass email sent mine to spam

I'm done with season tickets along with annual contributions to the Athletic Department. My fandom took a major hit last year when players sat out the bowl game to keep from being injured. Did any school have more players avoid bowl games than did Michigan?

You seem like a lot of fun.

I am actually. "The Team, The Team, The Team."

The players made a decision based on their financial future and so did bluebyyou... same/same
Since no team starts the season knowing they're going to a bowl game, it doesn't seem like it would factor into a season ticket decision.... that being said, unless your talking about uncle bern & his movement.... no one shoud decide where you spend your $$ but you.

So, you’re so upset that they are making a decision on their financial future rather than entertaining you by playing a game that, when boiled down to what’s really important in life, doesn’t matter at all, that you’re giving up season tickets????
um........ok

It is even more funny because none of them are on the team anymore. "I'm so pissed that former players didn't play in that game that I'm no longer going to watch our current players!!"

Well that was highly logical - players declaring for the NFL and sitting out a bowl game to avoid risk actually leaving the program.
It's a good argument you make, I'm sure you can use it again this year should the situation arise.

His opinion. His money.
Kick rocks.

I had friends give up their season tickets in the nineties when AD Goss raised the price to $30/game. To each their own.....
you'll be back. If you were really done you wouldn't be posting on here in Mid-March. Easier said than done.
I'll still watch and go to an occasional game, but I simply don't have the same level of caring about the football team. I'm an older alum and have supported football through thick and thin, but for me this is the line in the sand that has been crossed.
Because I'm down on football doesn't mean I don't actively support other sports and read Mgoblog.

Just so we are all clear, no game is more important than the Ohio State game.

only if we WIN
What about Minnesota, our other rivals

Anyone know where single game ticket prices can be found for this season?

If you have the means to do it, I’d buy them. Could be a long, long time before we again see MSU, OSU, and ND all on the home schedule at the same time.
You mean two years?
No ND in 2021, Washington instead
Yeah but Michigan is assured a 1-2 record at best in those.
