The King of Belch

King Beaver of Scout has said repeatedly that Cissoko's shoulder injury has been so bad he couldn't lift his arm above his head. Anyone ever hurt a shoulder that bad? Hard to run, turn, and tackling 200 lbs receivers has got to be a beeyatch. I'm with jg--don't bury players. I know everything is THEIR fault now in the New Michigan--but really, enough is enough with you assholes who think you know what it takes to be a college football player.

That shoulder injury doesn't prevent him from signaling "incomplete" after every single play...whether he's responsible for the incompletion or not. WTF is that?! He gets beat on a route, the receiver drops the ball and BooBoo is all over him doing the "incomplete arm waving thing". I hate that shit. He's a hot dog, but he's not really any good.

I rewatched the UM vs. ND game via the torrent feed twice now with my son and nephews. Yes, Cissoko had a bad game. He was playing against two great WR and a good QB. But did you see how much show boating this kid was doing? I don't mind if you're cocky and trash talking and gesturing wildly about how awesome you are after some great plays, but only if you can back it up. When Warren does something, it's legit. Cissoko made a fool out of himself and it drove me crazy. I assume he was doing this to either sic him up, or more likely b/c it was a national game and he was trying to look better than reality to those viewing. To see him strutting after plays which he was horrible and should have resulted in a TD -- except for the dropped pass -- was beyond annoying and far, far too self-focused.

Cissoko has been overrated since high school. Shoulder injury or not, that shouldn't affect his ability to stay with receivers. It might affect his ability to tackle them (see the Notre Dame game), but it shouldn't prevent him from getting torched deep by whichever Indiana receiver beat him. He also allowed an easy TD to Golden Tate on that little hitch route. And like others have said, he's like Roy Williams, who, even after a mediocre 4-yard reception for a first down, gets up and celebrates by pointing for a first down. Floyd isn't good, but he might not be much worse than Cissoko at this point. (By the way, I said Floyd played like shit last week and people like tomhagan said stuff like "watch the tape" and "the UFR will prove you wrong." I rest my case.)
