Great video, so satisfying when a defender lays down a hit that just stops the offensive player in their tracks. According to this site: https://www.ncaa.com/stats/football/fbs/current/team/467, we were 33rd in the country last year with 6.8 tackles for loss per game, 88 total for the season. Will be tough to improve on that this year without Winovich, Gary and Bush, but hopefully Khaleke can be deployed more like two years ago and him, Uche, Hutchinson and Danna can pick up the slack.

Good thing we won't have to watch any OSU snaps

Lack of DT's doing squat is still my biggest worry coming into this season

But team speed has allegedly improved especially on the D-line. Guess we'll see - it would be awesome to see the line get a ton of TFLs.

That was sick! Love watching the committee of sacks and TFLs. Every year coaching and talent rises to the top for Michigan. Mid year and beyond it appears Uche , Paye and others improved in technique and coaching. Many of those guys are fast enough. I look for another year of the same. We need an inside guy to collapse the pocket and pressure. Perhaps we get that in either Dwumfour or Kemp.

If someone made a video of all the times our defense got held without the refs calling it, there would be a substantial overlap with this video.

Maybe Uche will have more than last year. :-)
