ESPN 150
I was curious if some recruitnik or Brian wanted to take on the task of comparing ESPN to Scout and Rivals. ESPN has garnered much criticism across these boards for their more critical evaluations. They have been at it for 4years now so I thought it might be interesting to take some of the guys with the wildest variances between ESPN and the other services and see who was right over their 1st 2 years....glossing thru I think ESPN may be more impartial and fair than given credit for...though I hope they are dead wrong on W. Campbell and dead on with I. Bell

Take a gander at Vijay's work over at iBlogForCookies
I was looking for exact players with the biggest variances and who picked the flop or the stud better. I remember ESPN pretty down on Clausen compared to other Qb's and I remember ESPN loved Hemmingway while Scout and Rivals dissed him. Little too early to tell on them but their 1st class should be rounding into form.
all it takes is one comment or email. he's a busy guy, but i'm sure he can accomodate the request in a subsequent post or via email.
Will Campbell's score on ESPN is projected based off him playing OT, not DT. If ESPN would project him as a DT, I'm sure his score would be higher. Will played OT this past season and will play at OT this year, so it will be interesting to see how he does. Michigan needs depth at DT and we have a plethora of O-lineman.
last year and will do the same. ESPN is retarded, leave it at that.
