Dicks. Please don't bad mouth matt. He provides solid intel and does his due diligence before posting anything on this site. I look forward to his posts. He posts solid analysis and doesn't do it in a cryptic or clickbaity way like other so-called insiders.
I enjoy his material but your post is erroneous. Any click on a link to a personal website is by its nature clickbaity. It drives traffic to his website.

Hopefully Howard will start reaching out to regional kids. Beilein seemed to ignore Minnesota and Wisconsin for example. There are several 2020 top prospects from those two states as well as Chicago, IL and Michigan. Jalen Johnson for example didnt even seem to be recruited by Beilein. Seems like we should recruit better with kids in our region.
Poole was from Wisconsin before he went to the prep school in Indiana. I believe that were recruiting Jalen Johnson for a bit, but we didn’t get involved with too many top 10 prospects under JB at all, regardless of where they lived. But I believe Johnson’s recruitment was always between Wisconsin-Duke-Kentucky.
JB’s big focus was Michigan-Ohio-Indiana. With a few East Coast and West Coast kids sprinkled in.
There are 6 of the top 20 from these areas. Hopefully Howard and staff will reach out to them. If we landed 3, that would be a great class with Zeb. I'm interested to see the recruiting shift under Howard, like locations, types of players, etc.
Yeah, landing 3 top 20 players would be amazing. I think Howard and Co are going to be good recruiters, but that's a bit much to ask for IMO. We've got a great start with Zeb, however.
JH was on JH's podcast today, and was a good interview. Currently in the process of moving. Apparently, he's quite the stern organizationalist - said he'll have a box labeled with the kind of shoes inside! Also said he's been calling croots and will be at various camps and AAU games in the next couple of weeks, when the dead period ends. He also said a high end croot was lined up for an OV on one of the football weekends, but didn't say who (because he can't). Wants him to experience the full frontal with a football game. He's been watching the football facility rebuild and can't wait to get in and see it himself. And he loves the bball facilities he's inheriting! Overall, he sounds excited to be back in A2.
So Matt, any idea who the future croot is? (Because I gave you so much to go on!!!)
