Eastern Kentucky Kicker Quits Team and Alleges Coaching Staff Doesn’t Care About Player Safety
I’m posting this because with the situations in the PAC-12, at CSU and now this I think we’re about to see a lot more of this.

Middle Kentucky is going to kick their asses now
Thank you for the reminder of just how marvelous that flick is.
I couldn’t care less about George Clooney before that movie. Now, I want to be his dear friend.

I would say something like, "they can't in good conscience actually try to have a season", but then I remember it's the NCAA and $$$$$$ is the most important thing.

This kicker is a hero. Straight to hell with those coaches and anyone else who doesn't follow safety rules.

College kickers, amirite?
Kudos to him for taking a stand.
You know it’s bad when the player who traditionally has the least amount of physical contact with other players is upset...
I had a buddy who played FCS (then 1-AA) ball. He said all the coaches see the job as only a stepping stone to something bigger. So, it does’t surprise me that they don’t care about the players’ well-being.

Yeah, I think stories like this are much more likely to happen at levels below the Power 5.
There's less oversight, less media scrutiny and less to lose for the coaches.

Bummer for them...the coaches at Michigan care deeply
