I mentioned it in another thread, but, uh, what in the hell is up with Duke's uniforms? When they zoom in you can see all sorts of ridiculous patterns and squiggles...another Nike cook job?

Nope. The Duke away unis were a darker shade of blue in the early 90's than they currently are now..... Now they are a bright royal blue... back then, they weren't quite navy blue, but definitely a darker shade than the current blue they wear... so, they were maybe closer to denim in color than they are currently, but definitely weren't a denim pattern. this might not be the best place to vent this but because in the Duke - Wisc game Holly Rowe was just interviewing Bo Ryan I figured it's relevant. If you're a sideline reporter, whose only real job is to interview a coach at halftime, and after the games, wouldn't you practice how to ask questions, or not ask downright stupid questions [see lloyd 2003 @osu game haltime]? wisconsin is going to dominate us; they are big, physical and play very smart

I laugh at pundits who thought that Wisconsin was going to be a average, middle of the pack team in the Big 10 this year. Bo Ryan is a hell of a coach and looks like they'll be up there fighting for the top 3 in the Big 10.

OSU is sticking it to FSU with time winding down at Low Cost Furniture Arena. The fate of this year's Challenge hinges on Wisconsin's ability to closeout Duke. As soon as I type this, Duke blocks a shot and then gets a transition 3. Oy.

Anyone else roll their eyes when with about four minute to go and Wisc up eleven and Knight said that Wisc needs to start milking the clock? I understand the philosophy, but going into a shell seems to backfire and let teams back into it all the time.
