I was disappointed to see Michigan State run this against us this past year and while he didn't score, Hoyer was just as slow. Side note: does anyone remember how amazing Navarre was at running the option in the last NCAA game that he was in? It was uncanny. I think he was so slow that the defenders were all diving out of the way because they thought he'd be getting there faster and then it opened up amazing lanes for him to gallop through.
