"We're going to believe in each other, we're not going to criticize each other, we're not going to talk about each other, we're going to encourage each other!" Now see, this is exactly the problem - the fan base for whom the tradition of winning and Bo is so all important, has forgotten the lessons of Bo. After 40 years of continuity, we don't know how do deal with such a change, what to expect, and how to behave ... Well it is time for an all out press, similar to the one mounted after the Freep jihad for the Western and the Notre Dame games. I can't be in Ann Arbor, but we need to get the word out as many places as we can: support the team one more time, send in emails of encouragement, flood the message boards and both the WTKA shows with the following message: regardless of what you think of Rich, this is The Game against Ohio State: cheer your hearts out for four quarters, leave it all in the stadium, and let the team know you support them. Go Blue!

No sir, i was not comparing, just thought about it, and even if Pacino didnt write it, to me as far as sports movies go, thats one of my favorite scenes ever. I was simply stating his message kind of hits home with this team, Michigan can either pull it together as a team and fight for each other and win this game, or they can continue on their path and crumble. Nothing compares to Bo, so no, no comparison, just admiration for a great cinematic moment.
