Is he still going to be doing play by play next year. I love Brandy as an analyst, but I thought he was brutal in doing play by play on the radio. If I remember right it was DB's idea to have him do play by play?

There's a box in the western way
And its view, a hundred yards of play
Local alums pass the time away
And talk about "their day"
And there's a guru in Ann Arbor town
And he works layin' visual sound
They say "Brandy, recap another down"
He serves them ecstasy 'n frowns
[Chorus]
The sponsors say "Brandy, you're a fine guru"
(you're a fine guru)
"What good color you would be"
(such a fine guru) "
Yeah your voice could steel a bailer on the D"

Brandy gets a free pass. He has been part of the Michigan football experience since he was a player in 1969. As for being "brutal" on play by play, that is excusable. The entire season was brutal. It's not really his fault that the product on the field sucked.
He has had to suffer through the worst era of Michigan football since the one immediately before he walked onto the field for the first time. Despite it all, he has continued to represent the University with class.
Brandy has been the one constant in an era of turmoil. Maybe we need a Brandy appreciation thread.
