Bleacher Report...is this a reputable source?
I'm not too familiar with this site, but how should i take anything they say? Good source or not? I'm specifically looking at this piece:

i was just trying to figure out if i could trust what this link said. i'm still not sure. I was especially interested in this on William Gholston: "Although Gholston hinted toward an early commitment to OSU or MSU he has since backed off that and made multiple trips to Ann Arbor.
On his last trip, he finally met new DC Greg Robinson and came away very impressed. Michigan is the first school that has stated an interest in using him at LB, and Gholston is very much pleased at this"
However, I will remain skeptical of that report until told otherwise by a noteworthy source.

i hope it is. they are high on our chances for a bunch of guys

We could piece together several MGoBoard posts into an article very similar to that. It would have just as much credibility, too.
It's just an opinion of an optimistic UM fan.

Rivals has said the same thing regarding Gholston.

...is not listed in that article. So...not exactly on top of things is it?

Some of the content is pretty poor, but there are some good things on there. I guess it's all a matter of opinion and who writes the article.

When I first read this.. haha now kind of mad but I have heard that Marvin Robinson has been blue since his sophmore year before this so hopefully its true.

Why isn't he mentioned?

Ryan Jelley (the author of that) is a pretty good guy he is closer to the program than most of the kids that write there. But most of what he writes is with rivals/scout help. So take it for what it is.

thanks that actually helps I really think that Seastrunk would be a huge addition.
February 9th, 2009 at 9:22 PM ^
haha i dont know why i said a huge addition(obviously he would be) I think lache seastrunk is the next big College FB star

help of rivals/scout, then i feel more confident about the report. thanks, that's what i was looking for. as a journalist, i've learned to check out the credibility of things before i believe them. he wrote well, so i'm starting to think it's a noteworthy pice

I'd take Michael Dyer over Seastrunk

Gholston has made several trips to A2, more than any of the other schools on his list. He was here for at least one football game, and also stormed the court with Brandon Graham after the Duke game. Getting him will be tough, but we are by no means behind, we are right in the thick of things, some would even say at this point we are his leader, but it's Feb of 2009 and shit happens...
