Make it permanent. Talk to basketball and football as well.

Interesting to see the intermissions get cut to 12 minutes. It takes around 7 minutes, for one Zamboni, to surface the ice. With no fans in the arena's, the temperature is far less than normal so no issues at all, other than possible recovery.

There should be plenty of time.They usually have Score-O, or pee wee shots on the goalie, or drunk Children of Yost racing trikes that take up 5 minutes alone ...none of that this year. Yost has two Zambonis and they resurface quite quickly.

I agree. With two, it should take no more than five minutes. Thinking they don't start until 60 to 90 seconds after the period ends, to allow the players to head to the locker rooms and and move the nets, and the nets go back on 11 minutes in, you still have 4+ minutes for the resurface to refreeze.

Sunday nights game is on BTN. A couple on BTN+ and FSD picked up a couple as well.
