Agreed. Never disliked any particular announcer, but I feel like I’m listening to the opposing teams announcer when he calls the game. I like hearing crowd noise so I don’t want to mute it.

He is pretty good, unless he’s calling a Michigan game. He simply dislikes Michigan & he can’t hide it, at all.

Versus Washington he went ON AND ON about Corum taunting a player after a TD, even though Corum was just talking to the student section.
He wouldn't shut up about it. Then they show the 5th replay and he corrects himself.
In this game it was the targeting. Which was BULLSHIT on Rutgers. But the Michigan hit wasn't the same at all.

He was fine until the muffed punt MSU game in 2015.
In fact, he was great in that game.
But that famous call and Michigan fans gave him HELL for it.
He hasn't let it go since. Every chance he gets to stick it to Michigan, he does.

I've noticed that when Michigan isn't performing well, our fans become less tolerant of the broadcaster.

I get it. I was the same way...when I cared waaaaaaaay more about Michigan Football (before I learned that Schembechler was just another Paterno but without the National Championships). Now I just don't care all that much anymore. <shrug>

I liked Sean when he was doing play by play for the Red Sox.
