Anyone see the C-USA game today? Q about Tulsa Offense

Did anyone see the C-USA game? Specifically, did you notice the speed with which Tulsa ran their offensive plays? They ran 53 plays in the 1st half alone!! They were constantly lining up to snap the ball while ECU's was still running subs on/off the field. Is this what we think RR had talked about prior to our season? He mentioned turning over plays quickly, catching teams in subs, or offsides etc; however, all year long we went with the "come to the line - pull up and look to the sidelines, etc". Do you think we had to "dumb down" the offense that much based on our personnel/inexperience? Watching Tulsa was impressive; with great conditioning they were ready to go every play and ECU was sucking wind big time.
