2008 MICHIGAN FOOTBALL GLOSSARY, Entry #001
This season can and will be ENTERTAINING and MEMORABLE. I'm doing my part by implementing the 2008 MICHIGAN FOOTBALL GLOSSARY. Today's entry:
RAUDABAUGH
ROD-u-baw
(v.)
:1) To remove an opposing quarterback from the field of play as the result of injury, specifically blunt force trauma to the head. Ideally, said action is to be executed by either one or both of the defensive ends, but defensive tackles and linebackers also apply.
Ex.
"Hey, remember when Branch RAUDABAUGHed Morelli in 2006? Those were the days!"

I was trying to make the glossary concept pertain solely to 2008 season events, but you all prove a strong point. I guess personally it's hard not to give this solely to Woodley or even Branch as The Prophet Brian suggests, but on the other hand I just think it's so much fun to say "RAUDABAUGH."
But I can concede what the public wants.... BRANCHISIZE?? WOODLEFY??
