I bet we end up better than USC and that Harbaugh will be here longer than Helton at USC.

No idea why I think that. I guess I’m hoping our players and coaches are sick of having their manhood inverted with a kick into their abdomens by anyone with a pulse.

Overrated.  Whoever voted for Michigan in the top 25 at all should have their voting rights revoked.  Until Michigan can show something better than the first 3 games, they are not a top 25 team.

This ranking is strictly based on name. They are not a top 25 team. They should have had 0 votes, but yet here they are at #20.

They should roll RU next week and then after that will be mostly toss-ups/for sure losses. Can’t believe I’m saying that in year 5.

On one hand, we have been crap outside of the first half against MTSU (and that still included a few fumbles). So we shouldn’t be ranked.

On the other hand, if you’re not in the top 15, you’re pretty much irrelevant so I don’t really care if we are arguing whether we or MSU or USC have looked better or worse so far.

Should have just dropped us out of the rankings. Definitely haven’t played like a Top 25 team this season.

Michigan doesn't win road games vs ranked teams. Period. So at PSU is a loss. Then you look at ND and OSU. Losses. So the best is 8-4 and that's a fringe top 25 team. We shouldn't be ranked until proven otherwise.

Oh well. At least lions look decent.

Generous after that debacle. We need a lot of work done. Technically the season is not over even though it looks like that. He can still right the ship. Next weeks game won’t mean shit. Iowa will be the next big test. So far 0-1 I’m talking to you harbaugh

BRENT VENABLES.

He's the best defensive mind in college football today.  Seems to be the only DC in college football capable of stopping Elite modern offenses (i.e. in CFP formats).

Only 48 yrs old.  Has been the #2 man at top-5 programs (Oklahoma/Clemson) for the past 20 yrs (since he was 28 yrs old).  An excellent recruiter -- Rivals' 2016 National Recruiter of the year.

Knows how it's done at a top program.  Has enough experience to be ready 3 or 4 times over.  No black marks, violations, accusations in his history.  Could probably bring one of Clemson's co-OC's with him (Tony Elliott--the more proven offensive mind *or* Jeff Scott--the elite recruiter).

Dabo, Kirby Smart, Lincoln Riley, Ryan Day -- 4 of the coaches at top-5 programs in the country assumed their current positions with no prior HC'ing experience.

The answer is clear.  I personally think he's the next Nick Saban.
