Pistons are in a tough spot. The only guys most likely available when we pick and who have stock around the 7-10 range are

post players - which we seem set on in terms of starters

McCollum - who is a tweener combo guard (much like Brandon Knight IMO)

MCW - tall PG, but absolutely no jumper, which is something we need on the perimeter

I think if Burke is there you have to take him. But it does present a problem because he's only 6'0". That will leave our backcourt very small. It will make it imperative to get a big SG somewhere down the road. Knight is a combo guard off the bench in the future IMO. And there's nothing wrong with that. But he is not going to be able to guard the strong guards in the league. I think Zeller will be an okay player in the league. He's only 20 or 21, so he's still got time to develop. And who knows if Monroe will leave after this next year as his contract is up IIRC.
