[After THE JUMP: What's said]

---------------------

1. Rutgers Preview

starts at the top

Why do we keep making Alex watch bad football? Should not be a competitive game on either side of the ball

2. An Interview with Regent Mike Behm

starts at 25:00

Behm is up for re-election on Tuesday and he stopped by to talk about President Ono, tuition cost, housing, and NIL.

3. MSU After Review

starts at 45:39

Brian is still hip on JJ but there were throws missed. OLs getting more stars on the FFFF diagram soon? Rod Moore was very good.

3. Hockey

starts at 1:03:32

A generally strong non-conference performance but it's a young team with some hiccups. Fantilli? Awesome. Other freshmen? Coming along. Naurato landed his first big recruit in Nick Moldenhauer from the Chicago Steel.

About the Featured Musician

It's Jacob Sigman (Spotify, Bandcamp) and turn on the first 10 seconds of "The World is Ending" and you'll get it—genre-wise I'd call it Ann Arborish pop soul humor. This guy was at the Blind Pig a few weeks back and killed it. He was also on The Tonight Show in the Battle of the Instant Songwriters and also killed it:

Song selections are my favorite one, the newest one, and the type specimen:

  • Think About You
  • Strawberry Blonde
  • The World is Ending

Also because Across 110th Street will get our Youtubes taken down, the opener and outro:

  • “The Employee is Not Afraid”—Bear vs. Shark
  • “Ruska Vodka”—Motorboat

THE USUAL LINKS:

Not even the Russians wanted anyone to see Rutgers-Minnesota.

Guys.  For real.  Isaiah Pacheco is a good player that happened to play for Rutgers.  He ran a 4.37 at the combine.  Yes, seriously, go look it up if you don't believe me.  Leave Brad Hawkins alone about that one time he got burned, Pacheco is an NFL running back.
