Damani Dent Has Committed to Michigan
Well I’m home with a sick 4-year-old and we just finished recording a huge basketball preview podcast and Alex is being blocked because he’s in Canada so this is the best time for Michigan to sneak in a commitment from a highly underrated 3-star safety. Michigan’s gone head to head with Oregon and lost for some of their finds in the past so it’s good to see they were as interested as the Wolverines.
Dent has played all over the secondary for Terry Parker High in Jacksonville, and projects to play safety for Michigan, which job can now mean anything from Dax Hill’s role to pure cornerback.
I have a ton of podcast editing and then I’ll catch up on all the hellos we’ve missed.

Dent's senior film is really exciting. Dude is fast af. It's not often a player in the secondary's speed really stands out and Dent really has wheels

Sounds like a quality kid that cares about academics, and if he's willing to change one letter in his name, he'll get a record breaking NIL deal with Dasani water.
