The Marlins traded Giancarlo Stanton to the Yankees for Starlin Castro and a bag of circus peanuts. Red Socks...your season ends today. The Yankees are going to hit 400 home runs next year.

OSU and the Yankees are such royal pains, they just seemingly cherry pick the best talent, always...it's no surprise that George Steinbrenner was a OSU alum.

I could be wrong because I don't follow the Marlins as astutely as other teams, but I don't know that the way to make a good impression on the fans of a franchise which has on it the fingerprints of the famed incubus of professional franchises - Jeffrey Loria - is to make a move that Loria would probably make in a cold minute. I get that the Marlins are strapped, but what else do they have?
