A word of caution on hats -- they are NOT as pictured. The M is much larger and an almost fuzzy patch (as opposed to the embroidered look you see in pics). Don't love it.

I just found out that fanatics charges $5.50 for returns which is hidden in the return policy. I have to return my swoosh performance hat which is somehow too big.

Pretty good policy if you ask me. You can order $500 worth of stuff, return $300 and they only charge $5.50 for shipping. If you are returning one item just pay for shipping yourself.
If you're going to undercut brick and mortar stores because of your low overhead, you should eat the cost of returns to keep customers coming back. That's what almost every online store does.
Almost every? Um, no. Most charge for return shipping. I order stuff online all the time.
