Rutgers WR Leonte Caroo charged with slamming woman on concrete

Well, there was a thread on this the other day that Rutgers only player of any note, Leonte Caroo, was suspended indefinitely for an indisclosed incident after their loss to Washington State.

Details have come on and they are not good. 

Caroo has been charged with an attack on a woman outside Rutgers' stadium after their game.

(Caroo) was charged with assaulting the woman, with whom he had been romantically involved, by “picking her up and slamming her down on a concrete surface, injuring her left hip, both palms, left elbow and left side of the head"

There are varying accounts of this incident. If he injured this woman on purpose, then he is indeed an asshole. If this was an accident or some form of defense, then we need to examine ourselves and our race to denounce people as awful. Anyone else like living in a world where accusation doesn't carry an automatic conviction? Because if not, then I saw Goody Proctor with the devil...

Beware Of Jumping to Conclusions Before ALL Facts Are Known

If the Piscataway (NJ) Municipal Prosecutor or the Rutgers Campus Police has video of the incident from one of the witnesses, then there might be more facts that will be disclosed. Caroo might be exonerated OR it might get even worse for him.

Don't shoot the messenger... But a big time Rutgers booster I talked to is convinced that Caroo was defending his mom from a crazed ex-girlfriend during this incident. Also, if the rest of the sewage which is recent RU athletics did not exist, he thought that this incident would not even have cracked the natl' media. Now, the same guy swore that Flood was a super upstanding guy, so take it with a sack of salt.

Local radio confirmed this am that it was a fight between girlfriend and ex-girlfriend. I think the booster needs to take off his scarlet colored glasses. This will not end well for Caroo
