No doubt. Don't want to hear people say Roger Staubach, Terry Bradshaw, or even Joe Montana. With NFL free agency & salary cap, it is impossible to keep a team together for a long time vs. back in there day.

Watching Roethlessberger try to lead his team (and he is a good QB) and then seeing Brady lead his team. That is the difference between being pretty good and being Great.
