Update on Homeless Baylor Player - NCAA Twitter says he was NOT ruled ineligible

The NCAA did not declare Silas Nacita ineligible and Baylor has not requested a waiver for him.

When you read stuff like this the real issue is rarely discussed and that is that the NCAA should have NO role in an individual's decision to feed, house, or otherwise generate revenue for themselves.
The fact that the NCAA can exert any type of authority on these fundenmental is a crime.
