The less I see of him the better.

I am sure that the city of Tallahassee and Florida State University might be able to rest just a bit easier not having to worry about Jameis Winston, although they did an excellent job of making sure he remained eligible despite everything. That would make this perhaps an excellent decision if you're Jameis Winston.
In any case, all that aside for a second, I would have to think that he is one of the first QBs off the board along with Mariota regardless.

A wise GM doesn't draft him...maybe in the 3rd round or later, and only then for purposes of trading. He's a disaster waiting to happen and is more likely to play for the Mean Machine than any NFL team.

when someone compared Mariota to RG3:
Taking Mariota is more of a risk
Then RGIII is right now. He rarely throws to covered targets, more often throwing to wide open targets. We have no concept of his accuracy, his decision making, how he handles pressure in the pocket, nothing. He has a lot of work to do to become a quality NFL QB.

I would want nothing to do with him. He might have all the tools for the NFL, but his play this year showed more regression than many seem to be noting because "he's a winner", apparently. None of the QBs this year strike me as studs, but given his off-the-field issues I wouldn't touch him unless he dropped in the draft a bit and you could take him on as a project.
And I'd have thought after Manziel, the NFL would be gunshy about kids who put up huge college numbers but seem to have questions about their maturity as well as their ability to make NFL-style throws outside of a spread offense.

College football just acquired a bit more legitimacy with Jameis out the door. During the draft he could be another Christian Peter, whom you remember had his draft selection voided by the team owner's wife.

If Special J falls out of the top few picks over behavior concerns, he could not only be facing a cut in pay, but as a pro he is going to need to fund his own police protection.
