You know what, WD? You need to cool your jets with this team. They looked pretty solid all night, and so did RPI. It was a decent, evenly matched game all night, even if RPI had a couple more good chances. It's a 60 minute game for a reason. Yet I just know you were gearing up for another night of hand-wringing "this is unacceptable," "fire Red already," "why can't we have nice things?" posts. 

Enough already.

They're fun to watch. Some very good hockey.

I thought Jersey looked sharp at times tonight -- what is Jagr, like 100? He's older than I am (45), I think, & yet he's still a beast! -- and still the boys outplayed them tonight. Mrazek recovered from poor start to make 3 shootout saves; Nyquist had an off night in the game, I thought, but scored the shootout winner. Fun night.

Any chance of any fun carrying over into tomorrow? (Not really, but I'm flying high on tonight's Blue & Wings hockey!)
