Michigan announces 2014-15 Basketball non-conference schedule

Some notes-
- Michigan will open the regular season on the day of Michigan Football's second bye week. They'll face Hillsdale from Division II.
- Nice to see EMU back on the schedule.
- Apparently Michigan will play two regional around games in the Progressive Legends Classic. Per UMHoops, it looks like Michigan will be facing Toledo and Bucknell in those regional home games.
- New Jersey Tech actually is a D1-Independent across the board. Those are kind of rare.
- Whoever made this graphic misspelled Nicholls State. And, I think the game against 'Nova is on 11/24 instead of 11/25. Why would Michigan's semifinal game still needed to be decided?

Just a matter of time before they are invited to join the Big Ten.
That's a great lineup in Brooklyn, will definitely be there again. UM has played well in the Barclays Center.
I think it would be cool to schedule SDST for a home game and get Fisher back in that gym one more time!

The basketball home-and-home games will be in the 2015-16 and 2018-19 seasons.
Can we expect fireworks after any of these games?

No this is basketball and over the past three seasons we've been the best team in the conference. The fireworks come in march my friend.
