MSM Football Analysis-Fail
I think it is just frustrating being reasonably intelligent in today's society. Between being talked to like 3rd graders and a general lack of substance I want to scream. As the media rushes to blow Tate this week we have heard raves and raves of brilliance save that 1 interception. All we hear about it was perfect except for that 1 interception. Idiot Matt Millen had the benefit of 3 replays and still didn't get it and he played football. When he lathered on about the ND safety "reading" it I wanted to puke. The interception was Greg Matthews fault. There was an open passing window Tate threw to the window perfectly and Greg made a different read and bam we had an interception. If Greg makes a differnt read it is perfect pass and a 1st down. Enough already with the interception smudging Tate's day.

Mgoblog is a blessing and a curse.
I now know more than I ever have regarding M football, whether it be football strategy, recruiting or in-game etiquette but at the same time the depth of coverage has rendered most local and all national coverage useless. Any Michigan story not on mgoblog is bound to be a re-hash of mgoblog content at best or at worst a superficial hit job based on a misleading headline to a poorly researched article.
The curse of this is that I can no longer waste time by searching multiple sites. Mgoblog is so efficient it makes procrastinating more difficult.

Efficient is a very good description...and...I often feel like if i wait long enough, anything I thought I might have said will eventually be said by someone else anyways (this actually makes my procrastination easier!)

I hate shows like Around the Horn and Skip Bayless. Absolutely unwatchable! All they do is read the headlines on ESPN and then they form their opinion based on the five or six words they just read and the 10 minutes of show prep. What a joke.

I'm not sure if it makes me sad that someone will post what I'm thinking before I have the chance b/c it makes me feel less creative or unique or happy b/c the Michigan fanbase agrees with me.
