You think that someone with a quality Duke education would have learned some money management skills.
This is a money but you can get there pretty fast leveraging real estate. Impossible to tell how much of this he's really on the hook for and how much is people (apparently former friends) really pissed because they were defrauded, albeit maybe legally.
Not good regardless.
