So March, when the housing market starts to really pick up again, is only a few weeks out. If you’re trying to get out ahead of that market you’re probably already looking. If you’re waiting for spring selections you may want to start working on your pre-approval right now. So it’s a good time to remind you that Matt’s the guy to talk to. He makes the process easy, knows all the tricks, and keeps a small shop that deals with multiple lenders so he can charge way less than the loan mills, and get you approved faster. He can do Michigan, Florida, or Ohio now, and recently opened an office in Ann Arbor. He did my loan, and Brian’s loan, and a bunch of other readers’ loans.
PSG 4 - 0 over Barca... whoa!
Barca defense and midfield appear very mediocre, surprisingly slow to the ball, and simply unable to handle PSG's high press. Good chance the Catalans are going down in the Round of 16!
My Dad (Michigan alum, lifelong fan, longtime season ticket holder, etc.) is currently undergoing double-bypass heart surgery. I have faith everything is going smoothly, but even still he'll have a long recovery ahead and could use all the prayers and well-wishes he can get.
If you woudn't mind retweeting this, it'd be especially cool if we could get this on Coach Harbaugh's radar. A shout-out from Coach would be a welcome distraction and an unexpected emotional lift.

I thought this nice story would be worth posting:
Michigan State University has suspended longtime women's gymnastics coach Kathie Klages in the midst of a sexual assault investigation related to former team doctor Larry Nassar, according to an email the State Journal obtained.
So much awfulness going over there it's hard to keep track.
Team 40 finshed the weekend with a win over St John's 12-2, in mercy-rule fashion. However, the start of the season was less than ideal, going 3-2 for the Tourney. The pitching this weekend certainly needs to improve. The pitching staff allowed 22 base on balls in 5 games. This is unacceptable considering we played the likes of Delaware and St Johns.
Today, the pitching duties were split between Tera Blanco and Leah Crockett. Tera picked up the win by pitching 3 innings, giving up no runs and 2 hits. She struck out 1 and walked 3. Leah pitched the remaining 2 innings, giving up 2 runs, both earned, on 6 hits. She also had 1 strike out and 3 BB.
The offense was lead by Kelly Christner who went 3 for 4 with 2 RBIs and 2 runs scored. So. Natalie Peters, So. Faith Canfield, Jr. Aidan Falk, and So. Alex Sobczak, finished with 2 hits each.
Next weekend the team travels to Raleigh N.C. for the ACC/Big Ten Challenge and willl play NC State and Notre Dame twice. This will be a fun tourney for the ladies.
