I cannot speak to CK or DCDS, but I have experience with a couple of different Catholic schools and my recommendation would be Notre Dame Prep. We have found it to be professional, well run, and academically rigorous with a strong faculty. They have a diverse set of programs, from IB, to AP, to a very strong art program. The facilities are top notch. It is coed, and not large, I would say medium size. Athletically, they compete typically in division 2,3, and 4, depending on the sport. Their teams are competitive, but nowhere near, De La Salle, Brother Rice, CC, or OLSM. It is probably the most expensive of the Catholic schools but we have found it to be worth the extra expense.
I use godaddy.com for domain registration and I would recommend trying Weebly.com for setting up a website. Weebly is pretty easy to use, plus it is free, although there is small weebly ad at the bottom of your page, but you can get rid of that for a small fee if you upgrade to the "Pro" package.
I have used weebly for a couple of different websites and I find it pretty intuitive, quick and flexible, especially if you are relatively new to setting up a website.
Granted those are good improvements, but the article is dated Oct 28th and the rankings are based on the first 7 games. It would be interesting to see where those numbers rank now.
I have had the skin on my 3G for about 6 months. I works well without the bulk of most cases. Minor complaint would be that the corners are slowly starting to peel up.
