I hate Ohio much much more, but at least the majority of Buckeye fans aren't ignorant. Well, yeah they are. But state fans drive me nuts! I can't stand them. Even when we win, they still brag. I can stand losing to the buckeyes a whole lot more than State, mainly because of the fans. My season prediction: we win 2/3 rivalry games, 9-3 record, bowl game close loss. I think the Appy State game could be the ugliest college football game of the year. Hopefully this team comes out and destroys them, to hush the Appy State loss talks for good.
A program cannot be built quickly without stability. I believe Hoke is trying to keep most of the coaching staff, because he doesn't want so many different coaches. Cam Gordon made it public that it was hard because he has had 7 different position coaches. Also, I don't know many teams in the top 25 that had extremely young offensive lines with no leader. Lewan was a great player, but we can tell from this rape incident he is in no way a team leader.
